Highlight and popup message Between employee dates are overlap

Hi,

I need the vba code for leave planning can u help me out to solve .
Highlight and popup message to show the overlap dates by each months between two or three employees by selecting check box in column “ AR” search from whole year (January to December ) calendar.
Once overlap days are there between employees then msgbox should appear like
” overlap between those employees
Employee01 from [ date] to [date]
Employee02 from [ date] to [date]
Employee04 from [ date] to [date]” vbok and cancel button
And also highlight those days in red color in “yearly planner sheet” in calendar else msgbox ” there is no overlap between those employee “ with vbok and cancel button.

Thanks for your reply but i need to select by choose to compare the overlap between what i choose the employees in column "AR" not for all employee to compare to highlights in red colur. if i select in check box i can choose either employee01 & employee04 or employee01 & employee02 or employee01 & employee03 & employee04 that time to check overlap between what i selecting the employee in column "AR". but highlighting in column in red colur is nice. what i need is still didnt got, so i think vba code can possible for this changes to get....

Thanks for your effort after long time waiting to get response your work is nice based on rows will show but if u don't mind other user will understanding this rows based little difficult to know is there any better to show overlap to understand all multiple users.

may be highlight the color (Red) giving of overlap dates in column of name & from and to dates and after uncheck the checkbox red color should disappear. if its possible pls try for me ...
