VBA Excel on Booking system

I am rusty on my VBA programming..
have return my knowledge back to my school many years

I would like to create a Transport Booking Tracking System using VBA

Anyone can help me ? Appreciated very much !

Basically the form should have the following.. i know nothing on VBA right now.. and have tried testing using the VBA but it gone wrong some where..

Basically in a excel spreadsheet

I need a userform to fill up the following

Confirmation Number ( Able to generate Confirmation Number )
Client Name
Coach Supplier ( 2 or more choices)
Transport Type ( Coach, Van , MPV )
Number of Coaches/Van/MPV ( NUmberic Only)
Departure Date (calendar style)
Departure Time (2400H)
Departure Pick up Location ( Postal Code Compulsory)
Destination ( List of destionation that i can edit and choose from listbox)
Stop Over Location ( Postal Code Compulsory)
Return Date (calendar type)
Return Time (2400H)
Stop Over Location ( Postal Code Compulsory)
Return Drop off Location ( Postal Code Compulsory)

I wish to create a masterlist and also a database for me to keep track which date is high peak and indication of the booking system
