Hide rows based on radio buttons

    Hello excelforum members

On Row 21, when I select 'No', Rows 22:40 should hide and when I click Yes, it should unhide.
If I say Yes, it gets a little tricky because I may add/remove rows between 22:40 if there are more/less items to be included. (this means the the last row can be >40 or <40 when Yes)

Similarly on Row 41, 46, 51, 55, 59, 64, when I select No, the sections should hide and Yes, the sections should unhide.

Let me know if this makes sense.
    Thanks advanced for help

Unfortunately you will have to use some macro to do what you want to do. The good news is the macro is relatively simple and you can assign macro action to your radio buttons.

I am only going to show you how to do the first radio button set, you can follow the same logic to do the rest.

Create two macros to hide and unhide rows, then right click the radio button to assign the macro. Take a look at the attachment on the radio buttons on row 21.

Re: Hide rows based on radio buttons

Thanks for reply. The problem is not to hide or unhide rows.
I need the rows to be tricky (not fixed) relying on the next point ..
Notice rows 21 starts with 1.
rows 41 starts with 2. >> so the rows to be hidden would be 22:40 based on this explanation not directly on rows numbers
    Hope it is clear now
