VB Code to undo Merge & Center and delete rows

Hello:

Please refer to attached file.
I have data as shown.
I need VB Code to perform the following:

Row 18,21,24, every 3rd row until row which has TEXT "Total" (In this case Row 960) has "Merge & Center".
Need to undo "merge & Center for all these rows.
Once undone, copy
A18 to A19
A21 to A24 and so on..
Now delete row 18,21,24 and so on.

I used the sheet "Test" for testing, but you can run the code on any active sheet.
