Userform Textbox Looking at range not comparing case sensitive

I have a text box that is looking at a range, Column A, if there is a match it lets you continue. If no match is found I have a message box that says no match. I need it to be case sensitive but it is not for some reason. Is there something I can add to make it an exact match?

However Match entire column takes time, so better narrow the range.

Or maybe Find method with MatchCase set to True.
