Macros saved private - to public

I built to eased my job lots of macros. However, the majority are saved private, on my computer. So can only be accessed from my computer.

There is a high probability that I will move up in the company in a different facility. My boss wants me to type work instructions for everything I did. I surely don’t want to redo the macros. I recorded them and most of them are accessing files saved in My Documents, as export from the main application we use. So even if lets’ say I would copy the macro and saved in in the spreadsheet, as long as is not accessed from this particular computer, it won’t work, right? Is there a way around it and I’m missing it?

I might try that...changing the path with a new location. Although it makes me nervous.
