Combine four codes with one code to make work faster

i want to combine these four codes with one code to do work faster
now there are very slow to work

1 = add sheets
2 = copy of sheet "Haroon" and paste all new added sheets (except two sheets ("of") and ("haroon")
3 = set rows and column fit of all new added sheets (except two sheets ("of") and ("haroon")
4 = set print margin of all new added sheets (except two sheets ("of") and ("haroon")
