Copy Values not Formulas and Date Stamp It.

Hello all,

I have a student testing tracker that I am trying to build. I want to have code that when ran, will copy the values (not the formulas) from Sheet 'TestData B2:B41' to Sheet 'YearlyReport B3:B42' and put a date stamp in B2. The next time the code runs it again copies from Sheet 'TestData B2:B41' but moves one column over on Sheet 'YearlyReport to cells C3:C42' and put a date stamp in C2. The next time column D, etc.

Any help is appreciated.
