cut and paste entire row to another worksheet based on cell value

I need help....I have tried and tired and have kept coming up short... Here is what I am looking at
I have a spread sheet to track who is in what locker. I have 6 columns. Basically I want that once data is entered in column 4 and automatic time stamp appears in column 5. and column 6 - once it reads closed (from a drop down list) it will cut the entire row from "Available" and paste it in the next available line in "In Use Lockers" I also want it so once column 6 on "In Use Lockers" says Open it will cut and paste the entire row to the next available line in "Available"

I am really a newbie to VBA.

Can anyone help me???

Many members search our previous posts, and thread titles play a big part of the search. I doubt anybody would do a search based on your title?
