Retrieve data and paste from another work book

Dear all, pls help me

I have an excel sheet named "health card" which has to search and retrieve data from 4 other excel sheets and paste it in 4 different sheets in the "health card" workbook.
Search criteria is the Ticket number and/or Name.

Data from
'[03- OPD.xlsm]OPD'! has to go to '[Health card.xlsx]OPD'!
'[04-Injuries.xlsm]Injury'! has to go to '[Health card.xlsx]Injury'!
'[07-Health Index.xlsm] has to go to '[Health card.xlsx]Periodical medical'!
'[12-Form No 40.xlsx]List'! has to go to '[Health card.xlsx]Sickness absent'!

I have attached the workbooks. please help me.
