One Department here uses a spreadsheet in which they print out (It is for Repaint and Rework orders). It is set up with GSView (PDF Creator) to first put a PDF into a specific folder on the network....and then print out 3 hard copies to their local Printer. That all works good....EXCEPT when they decide to SELECT the printer (and select the LOCAL printer instead of leaving it on GSView)....

....so after having already spoken to them about it....AND creating a BUTTON for them to just click on (so they dont go into File>Print>etc)... and still failing to do so.......... I've decided to look into eliminated their option to choose OR bypassing/disregarding what printer they choose so it automatically prints to the GSView.

I have seen a few Macros on the net....yet none are working properly. I always get an error with th eApplicatoin.ActivePrinter or any reference to the printer ( "GSView" ).

Does anyone have any idea how I can go about forcing this sheet to print with GSView??

(I also have a feeling - which I just noticed - that they might be switching over to the local printer on a different spreadsheet.....and it automatically switches the sheet to print on the local as well)......

They leave the spreadsheet open throughout the day and print as they fill the sheets out. So, i dont even think setting the printer as the spreadsheet opens is a help
