Combing Marcos together and also adding conditioanl formatting

Hello,

I am trying to combine my macro's together, one for deleting columns and one adding columns with specific dropdown for some.
I would also like to add my conditional formatting upon adding the columns, as they are based on one of the dropdowns and as they would get overridden each time the data is pasted into the file.
Also would like to assign the macro to a button on a different worksheet but still control the data sheet (Paste File Here)
