Hello! I have 2 questions to create the matrix as perfect as possible:

1) How do I change the line

so the "60" is variable?. Actually the cell value is 61(variable) and I need to divide the cell value-1. I created size as variable:

and tried to use that with no success. The code works perfectly now, but "60" has to be variable. The value is in one particular cell which is counted(in macro) earlier

2) How do I create a timer in a master macro? I got total 21 macros in one Master and I want to check the duration time for the whole master to finish.

I appreciate any help. Attached the file. Module "Master" contains all macroes I use. Module Step1-Step4 is the modules I am using. "Great_matrix" macro is in module Step4 where the problem is. All other modules will be deleted when the "Master" is perfect and works properly with all different range of stocks.
