Updating UserForm is not working for one particular OptionButton

So, I have a userform that can be edited, when ever the ActiveCell is clicked upon, but I'm having trouble with one of the OptionButtons. When ever the option is retrieved, it is not the correct choice. Here's an attached sample workbook (highlighted cell with the selection I'm having trouble with) and the specific code I'm having trouble with:

To change a Title go to your first post, click EDIT then Go Advanced and change your title, if 2 days have passed ask a moderator to do it for you.

That probably means something to you but I suspect it doesn't to anyone else.

What happens that shouldn't ... or what doesn't happen that should? What do you expect to happen? If you selct a cell that is empty, what should happen? If you select a cell that isn't empty, what should happen?

What do you mean by:

And what code do you mean by:

and the specific code I'm having trouble with
