Optional attendees

Hi everybody!

I've created a little sheet to generate meeting request in a batch (see attached file). Now I would like to add optional attendeed to the meeting (see last columns) and I also want to send the meeting request right away.

What codes is needed to:
a) Display the invite with all optional attendees before sending them? So if have to click to send.
b) Send them immedatelly.
