Please help: why my code doesn't work?

Hi, I have the code as shown below, and the first half works just fine. However, the second half just doesn't work as no Macro can be called after I change value at cell c4. Anyone knows why and can you let me know how to correct the code please? Thank you so much!!!

Equals is a case sensitive test. Try testing against "$C$4"
