If cell increases/reduces automatically increase/reduce the other cell proportionately

Is it possible to automatically reduce or increase a cell by the same amount if another cell reduces or increases?

I've attached the file. For example if F5 increase or reduces by 10% how can I make it so that cell F6 and F7 increases or reduces by 10% as well.
