Generating Dynamic Checkboxes

Hi, guys.

In my Excel project I'm successfully loading my COUNTRIES data based on what COMPANY is affiliated with it. I've tried loading the COUNTRIES data to a combobox and all seems to be going well. (My heartfelt thanks and gratitude to AlphaFrog for helping me with this)

However, my prof suddenly wants all the data to be displayed EACH to its own CHECKBOX on a userform instead of being stored in a combobox.

I've already tried the following code but all it does is add a checkbox absent proper formatting and captions.
