In newer versions of Excel that allow the Power Query Add-in, this is a common function. See:

im only using a WPS excel program is this still posible
That's somewhat difficult to comment on given this is an Excel forum. It's advertised as Excel compatible although what that means in practice I can't say.Originally Posted by jono121ukk
