Drop down fills in numbers in other box

I am trying to have a drop down box with ~5 selections, where each selection is a product. Each product has different values associate with calories, protein, carbs and water. I would like to be able to select a particular product and then put in the rate at which the product will flow (ie 50mL/hr) and I would like excel to give me the total for calories, protein, carbs, water.

Formula mL/hr kcal Protein CHO Free water
Product 50 x x x x


I have the kcal, protein, CHO, Free water amounts for each product in another sheet.

I would like to be able to select one of multiple products, and have it give me numbers for the specified rate, and then be able to switch products and it update the numbers.

Probably the simplest way to do this would be with a small table containing all your values, then use VLOOKUP to return what you need,
