    VBA - Select tab based on date

    Hi all,

    I am trying to open a workbbok and select the tab with today's date (12 Apr).

    Hi can you post an example of you spreadsheet

    click advanced (next to quick post),
    scroll down until you see "manage file",
    click that and select "add files" (top right corner).
    click "select files" find your file, click "open" click "upload" click 'done" bottom right. click "submit reply"

    Thank you all for your help.

    I have tested the formaula and it does exactly what I need except on the workbook I am trying to do it on.
    I think the way the worksheets are named are a little wierd so I have attached the 2 documents.

    wb1 = "Servicing Daily Planner1 - test" is where the VBA will be stored.
    wb2 ="11 Servicing Daily Planner May 17 - test" is the document that is to be opened & the worksheet with todays date selected.

    wb2 - Worksheet (todays date) F4 = wb1 - Worksheet "Daily Planner" F4
