How to solve a Transshipment problem using SOLVER Excel??

I need to solve this problem using solver excel but I don't know how to introduce it in Solver.

MasseCo is a sand mining firm with a reputation for safe and environmentally-conscious mining practices. Despite its public efforts to minimize carbon emissions and waste production during mining, MasseCo has not managed to grow its customer base. A focused group discussion with some of its potential customers attributes this lack of traction to an imbalance between driving sustainability and delivering high-quality products in a timely manner. MasseCo would like to resolve this imbalance by optimizing the route of its sand deliveries.

MasseCo has two facilities that mine, clean, and sort sand for use in various products. The company distributes the sand from these two plants through two distribution centers (DCs), to three different customer regions where the sand is packaged and sold.

Each plant has a maximum capacity for its weekly supply of sand. Likewise, each region has a minimum weekly demand for sand. The cost to distribute a ton of sand between each plant and region depends on the distances between them. The transportation costs, maximum supplies in the plants, and minimum demands in the regions are summarized in the following tables:

I've been looking everywhere how to formulate a transshipment problem in Solver Excel and I can't find somewhere that makes me understand. I've been looking for hours and I keep looking, still I can formulate the problem the right way in Solver.
I don't need you to do exactly this problem, can be another one alike I just need to know how to solve a transshipment problem like this oneusing Excel.
