Replacing blank spaces with zeros in a single column after userform

Hi,

I am trying to replace the blank spaces for zeros in a single column which should shift sideways after each userform submission.

I am having problems keeping the range of which this operation occurs; it will happen either to the entire sheet or within the entire range of our table.
