PDF Indicator icon on VBA Form Listbox

    Hi There

We created a xlsm VBA form to capture PC Checklist. Download from link below:
    https://ufile.io/y9dci

Now our issue is, we are looking for a pdf indicator icon in the VBA listbox view, where if the use have pdf document attached to his setup/record. See sample mockup. how we have it to display with any pdf icon in front of the person name (so this will tell us if there is any pdf to this record)
    VBAlistbox.png

    Now few things to note:
    1) the main worksheet is "Sheet4"
    2) is it protected worksheet, the password to unprotect "Sheet4" is : Secret
    3) Now how you going to find out if there is a pdf to this record, we are saving the actual pdf files in the local user directory which is : C:\Checklists\
    4) The pdf file names are the " Alb Tag No" field, so example for "Ahmed Murchie" the Alb Tag No is " DBN004350F " so if there a pdf file in the " C:\Checklists\" with the filename " DBN004350F.pdf " then this pdf indicator icon must appear. If no pdf file then display nothing.
    5) it must check and update if any ScreenUpdating on the VBA form

    Regards
    ShabeerSA

Your post does not comply with Rule 8 of our Forum RULES. Do not crosspost your question on multiple forums without including links here to the other threads on other forums.

Cross-posting is when you post the same question in other forums on the web. The last thing you want to do is waste people's time working on an issue you have already resolved elsewhere. We prefer that you not cross-post at all, but if you do (and it's unlikely to go unnoticed), you MUST provide a link (copy the url from the address bar in your browser) to the cross-post.

Expect cross-posted questions without a link to be closed and a message will be posted by the moderator explaining why. We are here to help so help us to help you!

Read this to understand why we ask you to do this, and then please edit your first post to include links to any and all cross-posts in any other forums (not just this site).
