Question Audit Inventory Through COUNTIF Formulas and Macro

Hey everyone, I am running into a slight problem. We keep track of repair parts for our inventory in excel to keep up with trends. Obviously, people are human and sometimes we forget to scan out, or we forget to scan in. Basically, everytime we receive new parts in, they get scanned in, and everytime we remove a part, we scan it out. At the end of every day, we have a macro that moves all of our removal data to another hidden sheet to calculate our trends. Now, we need to put in an Audit button. Basically, I want to be able to scan the barcode and type in how many we actually have on hand, and it will either add this barcode to the scan out sheet "x" number of times, or to the scan in sheet "x" number of times depending on how it needs to be adjusted. I have played around with it, but I'm at a wall. Can anyone help me?
