Try setting the flag status and icon to a value of 2 and 6.

    Surround your VBA code with CODE tags e.g.;
your VBA code here
The # button in the forum editor will apply CODE tags around your selected text.

    Hi Alphafrog.. Thanks for getting back. I just tried. It still doesn't put a reminder flag on the recipients calendar
    See screenshot below. that is what I am trying to set .

    Does the sequence matter ? I mean .. does ".ReminderSet = True" have to be at end or beginning ? in my previous response. It was at the end

    This doesn't set a calendar reminder. It sets an email flag which is a different type of reminder. I don't think there is a way to set a calendar reminder for a recipient, but I could be wrong on that.

    It may not show up until the Due date. As a test, send an email with the flag due date for yesterday.

    Neat... it did what i was trying to get of it.

    although it doesn't add a calendar event of a flag , but it does show the "reminder" dialog box on the recipient's list > it did want I want it to do.

    Appreciate it Alphafrog.. thanks for ur time and efforts.
