changing the image from the create sheet push button for macro

I received this excel file from a co-worker and they want me to change out the image on the sheet that is embedded in the sheet when it is created from the macro buttons. I need to figure out how to change the image. I am not a programmer and no nothing about vba. Can anybody help me out and talk me through this.

The basic thing a programmer works with is code. Posting a query like that without including the code, or a copy of the workbook containing the code (preferably), is a little like walking to the garage and asking the mechanic to fix your car...

I don't know where do get it or what I am looking for

how do you attach a document and I can send it to you. Do you have an email address.

I would like to send this document to somebody to see if they can do what I am asking. From what I understand it takes a little more than what am capable of doing.
