Here's the situation: I have about 100 guests to allocate base on the date they apply and the preferences. I need to allocate them base on the date order and then allocate them in their 1st Preferred Area and Room type, and if the rooms are full and that option is no longer avaliable, then I will allocate them to 2nd Preferred Area and Room type.
what is the best way to do this? thanks for the help in advance.
