Auto Email Files from Folder on specified time

Hello Experts,

I have a Folder in D: Drive...Example D:\Files

Now we have excel files in this folder.

Can we have a macro which will automatically pick the files from this folder & email as per scheduled.. may be 3 or 4 times in a day..
It should be automatically no user intervention.
I have details as Email iD's & Email Body..

May Be Batch files..
How do we proceed with this, please assist I have no knowledge on this Thank you

You would want a outlook macro to do this as there is going to be no workbooks open to run such a macro...
