Any ideas on how this can be done?

Hello, I'm just wondering if anyone could possibly help me with some Excel code. So, I'm not sure if this is possible, however I want to make it so when there are 6+ numbers in a row, that are all below 1.5, highlight the 6+ numbers with a colour. I need this because I get massive amounts of data and need to see if there are 6+ numbers in a row, that are below 1.5 without manually looking through all the data that would take forever to look through thousands of numbers. Thank you for any responses. Here is an example of what I need highlighted when I put the data in Excel (This example has been done manually. I need this to be done automatically). Thanks. https://gyazo.com/4edea5e53805554b11439696835ac94e

Any chance you could upload a sample workbook?

Click on GO ADVANCED, scroll down and click Manage Attachments.
If posting code please use code tags, see here.

Sorry, I'm not allowed to share the information in the workbook. However, did you look at the gyazo link? The workbook look exactly like that but with more data. Thanks

Eh, you've kind of just shared the information.

I shared a tiny amount of data that I made up (isn't the real data, I just made this as an example)

I know.

Could you upload a sample workbook with the 'example' data, without any sensitive data?

luciengbrown welcome to the forum

Please take a moment to read the forum rules and then amend your thread title to something descriptive of your problem - not what you think the answer might be. (think google search terms?). Once you have done this please send me a PM and I will remove this request. (Also, include a link to your thread - copy from the address bar)

Many members search our previous posts, and thread titles play a big part of the search. I doubt anybody would do a search based on your title?

To change a Title on your post, click EDIT POST then Go Advanced and change your title, if 2 days have passed ask a moderator to do it for you.

(note: this change is not optional )

...........................................
To best describe or illustrate your problem you would be better off attaching a dummy workbook. The workbook should contain the same structure and some dummy data of the same type as the type you have in your real workbook - so, if a cell contains numbers & letters in this format abc-123 then that should be reflected in the dummy workbook.

To attach a file to your post,
click advanced (next to quick post),
scroll down until you see "manage file",
click that and select "add files" (top right corner).
click "select files" find your file, click "open" click "upload" click 'done" bottom right. click "submit reply"

Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
You can then close the window to return to the new post screen.
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you
