automatic adding a PDF file into excel

hi there
i am looking a wa to automatic insert a pdf file into excel.

for example:
i have a list of invoice from diferent suppliers each one has a unique name. what i am looking to to do is as soon as i enter a name of the invoice to add that file next to the line of the invoice after that it has reasch in a specific folder

any ideas

Not certain I understand your objective.

If you mean create a hyperlink to the invoice, which is a PDF stored in a specific folder I can help you with that. But
need to know how your list of suppliers is arranged on the sheet.

Ex:

Col A	Col B	Col C	Link
Supplier Name	Inv Date & Description	Amount	(Hyperlink Here)

but what i actual want to do is as soon i type inv date & description to search automatic in a specific folder ex. c:\mydata where i should have past there the actual pdf files with name inv_date-Description.pdf and ether to create a hyper link or to import that pdf in excel file.
