VB Code to compare text and cut Paste data

Hello:

Please refer to attached file.
I have 2 sets of data in Sheet1.
I need VB Code to compare Column A text (Order#) data with Column U and if it finds same number then cut data from Column T : Y and paste
it on the ralted row at column L.

I have manually cut and paste 2 sets of data at column L as shown for Order # A2, A3 and compare in column U.
