Hi,
Thanks for your response. However, what about the rest of my code? It consists of other actions as well, they would not occur. Please kindly include the entire script and add this CSV to XLSX for me please.
Thanks
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This is a stubborn one. Taking time to get
it ironed out.

Thank so much.
The issue we are facing is :
The only way the macro code will paste the formula into the converted files ( .csv to .xlsx) is to first clear the sheet of all contents before pasting the formula.
I am presuming this is unacceptable because all that you will be left with in the newly converted .xlsx file is just the formula in D2. Anything else that was
in the sheet will be deleted.
Some friends are looking at this also. Trying to create code that will get the job done without destroying any data already on the sheet.
The code as presented should be working, so what is occurring is strange. May need to use some kind of ' workaround ' .
Thanks, it is working now. You are a star!
