Find value and calculate difference to a previous cell

idea how to solve this problem: this is a machine, every time that appear PART COMPLET a cycle ends, so i need to know, the time of every cycle.
here comes the problem. every time that i find PARTCOMPLET i want that excell go to the left collum, find that value that represent PARTCOMPLET and subtract for the value of the last CNON.

Exemplo: Cycle=F23-f22 or f18-f17.

For these sorts of things we generally prefer you to upload the actual workbook rather than pictures. Not many want to recreate your data before starting to think about a solution, so if you do that no doubt someone will be along to help.
