Mark the top 4 in each range in column A to colomn B

Dear All

Attached with file with question and answer(also with our vba code), after our vba code .It don’t work.
How to correct the vba code …after vba code
The sheet “question “ become sheet “ answer”. That is we only need the top
4 in each range in column A and sepearte by “-“ in column B
