I need the attached spreadsheet to hide rows when the row turns red based on conditional formatting i.e. when a date is entered in the Off Hire column the row turns red - Can it automatically get hidden when this happens opposed to manually hiding rows?

By hiding I simply mean right clicking mouse and selecting hide row - hence you can unhide the row as and when or if neededOriginally Posted by Winon

Your Profile shows you are using Excel 2003, yet your Workbook appears to be from a newer version of Excel.
First and foremost, try to avoid merging Cells like a plaque.
I have taken the Liberty of changing that for you, and added two Buttons to Hide or Show Rows.
