Excel creating new sheet with name personal, how to cancel all macros in excel 2007

Dear All,

I am facing strange problem that my every excel workbook is creating new sheet within it automatically with name of personal, I tried to remove all macros in it but unable to delete as it shows the macro name, but delete option is disable.

Dear all,

Excel is automatically creating one new sheet in every workbook in my PC, this happened while I was creating a macro and something went wrong
now I am facing this problem, I tried to remove all macros but didn't succeed
