Exporting a range to a table in excel

Afternoon all,

I was hoping someone could help, I'm looking to export a range of cells from excel into an existing word template which contains a table. I've got 2 issues:

1. My code so far (shamelessly stolen from the internet) only allows the first column to be transferred over;
2. Is there any way to make it skip blank rows when copying over?
