DDE Initiate Fails, Bloomberg

Hi everyone
i have a macro that uses DDE to get some data from bloomberg and it worked fine.But now I just changed computer and it doesn't work anymore. I always have the error "Remote Data not accessible" and if I press "would you still like to open, Yes" Excel throws me the error "Can't run WINBLP.EXE because one of the components is damaged or missing"
Do you know where the problem comes from? or how i can solve it?
