Confirm data entry once sheet is input button that password locks sheet

Hi,

I am trying to allow users to input data and once they are complete they hit a submit button that locks the sheet with a password that I can control. Something similar in the link below, but a submit button and not an action that happens after inputting in a specified column.

The following code should do it. You'll have to map it to a button. However, a word of caution: as you can see, the password is visible in the code. So what you need to do is lock the VBA project and password protect it so the users can't read the code.
