Repeating the header at the start of each page with the page number

Dear All,

I have a file where I need to include a "title block which also has the page number in a cell" in a fixed format. The format need to be repeated at the beginning of every page with the change in page number. I have enclosed a sample reference file, which the output should look like. Can any one please suggest the solution.

On the Page Layout Tab, if you just select Rows 1-3 for the "rows to repeat at the top" it seems to be what you want?

Thanks for the reply. Actually the title block has images too along with two cells for page numbers. I have tried using the print titles but I am unable to get it right. Can you please look into it and let me know if you found a exact way to do it. Really appreciate the help. Thanks
