Your code formats the text in the cell including and after the match

Does the bit after the match need shading? if not change Len(Found) to len(x)
do you only wish to shade cells if all 3 conditions are true, or if any of the conditions are true?

Re: Format Paricular Text Character from range

Onside {} represents number of appearance of preceding character.
    In this case "B"
So (BB or BBB or N) & " PT"
