Angry Picture lookup using INDEX,MATCH,MACROS, VLOOKUP

Hi Everyone! i`m at my wits end! I am trying to have a cell return a picture based on the option on a drop down list in the column before.

I have found many ways of doing this - INDEX, MATCH, MACROS, VLOOKUP, etc.

The formulas all seem to work, but the cell will not display the image, it shows a 0. If I write in the cell any text behind the picture, the cell with the formula will return with that text.

I`m trying to figure out how to imbed the picture into the cell so that the formulas know that the picture is the cell!

    Any tips?

    Thanks!
