edit in code for populate range of cell in list box and code for delete any items

the problem in this code as the following
in column E data want to listed without decimal number
second want explain how i understand how can calculate .ColumnWidths = "100;20;50;50;20" because i take copy past

want code to allow to delete any items select from list and delete from (waiting list) sheet its Row
please note this list box present in userform4

i find this code online but its delet only from list box without delete from sheet
