Macro to erase all content except for Frozen Pane

    Good morning,

One of the quirk that I have is to use excel as a scratch pad for my calculations. Sooner or later, rows and rows add up and excel runs slower.

I wonder if there is a way I can quickly highlight and delete all the rows that had accumulate as I go on my day then delete them, just leaving the top few (these are fixed) untouched and I can start over again.

Please see the attached file with Sheet 1, 2 and 3 as the progression of this procedure.

    Thanks!

Thanks - is there a way to, after clear our content, move view up to top rows (to start over) again? Thanks!
