Macro to rearrange a long list of data changing columns and rows _Help please

I am trying to rearrange a long, over 1000 entries list of channel information. I want to have headings on one row and then change the location of all the data to fit under each of the columns. I need a simple macro that will do the entire job in as quick a time as possible and wondered if one of you geniuses could help.

I have attached a picture of the tables. The one on the left is the original data and what I need it to look like is the one on the right.

Could be done with formulae if the layout is consistent as t seems to be on the left.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
