Read data from long list 3 rows at a time

I receive lists of data which are often 30+ rows deep and 5 columns wide. I need to take 3 rows at a time and transfer the data to a label. Each label being 1 3rd of an A4 sheet. How do I set up to transfer the data from the first 3 rows, print then transfer the data from the next 3 rows, print etc. and end print when the last row is reached. I have attached a sample for reference.

Have you thought about just doing a mail merge in Word using your Excel file as the source document?

Would be much easier than doing it all in Excel which would require VBA.

You'll need to change your data layout slightly so that the 'A NO' is present on each line of the Excel source file.
