Excel does not have an in-built ability to set System wide hot-keys - so yoou are left with a couple of options:
    • You can define Hot keys for Windows but that is outside the scope of this forum. Go search - you'll find plenty of examples.
    • You can intercept all keyboard activity in a running instance of Excel but that is complicated... and prone to error so stick with #1
    • There may be applications available that mimic the key intercepts. I've never needed one so don't know. Try searching...
