Hi,
I have this userform with 1 Command Button and 1 Textbox. If the the user click the CommandButton (with Start Caption) the time will show in TextBox 1 with running timer this format like this 00:00:01.
and if its possible to change the caption of CommandButton to Start as Default then once click it will change to Pause vice versa.

You can apply an IF statement to decide the code you would like to run under the same Sub.
