Automatic Email from Cell Date

I am trying to have an automatic email sent out for the attached excel sheet when a person's certification date is set to expire within two (2) weeks. The macro I am currently trying to use encounters an error at the ".send" line. The macro is an edited version from another thread I've found on the forum and my knowledge of code is extremely limited so any help would be appreciated. Ideally I want to be able to run a version of the macro on each sheet in the file so that the email generated pulls the correct Certification name that is set to expire.

The error message is usually a good thing to include in a post... and this one is very descriptive: "Outlook does not recognise one or more names"...
